IICF 2009 was organized in Bangalore –October 7th-9th at the Lalit Hotel. Our theme this time was focus on our roasters. Our chief guest of honor was Mr. Don Jensen from Bridgetown Coffee. Don was accompanied by his wife Susan. They have been involved in coffee for over 25 years. Don has been a mentor for KPCI since our inception. He was on the panelists for the group discussion of roasting coffees at the IICF.
Andres Castro, a Q-cupper- by qualification and our technical agro-consultant in the central American region was also there to grace the occasion. Andres gave a great insightful talk at the Coffee Connect that was held post IICF in Chickmagalur.
