Nowhere in the world, except India, will you find Robustas and Arabicas grown with the same
care and attentiveness. Most estates will have Robusta and Arabica growing side by side. Both are grown at high
altitudes (2,500-5,000 ft.), hand-picked and sorted, shade-grown, naturally fermented, wet-processed and naturally
patio-dried. This makes Indian Arabicas and Robustas a force to reckon with.
These coffees have been hand picked by our panel of growers and cuppers in India and the US. We think these coffees

This coffee is closest to any natural coffee you will ever find. The beans are allowed to dry
in the fruit on the coffee bush itself. Once it reaches a certain moisture level, the beans are hand-picked, hulled and
garbled meticulously.
Sethurman Estate NiraliTM

Our grower, Mr. Gurjer of Sethuraman Estate, thought we could do something entirely different
with one lot of his Robusta. This coffee was picked at its peak and then, instead of a washing process, it was pulped
and laid out to dry on the patio. This has created an almost sweetish-tart Robusta.
